The women I paint are more than muses—they are storytellers, symbols of beauty, mystery, and quiet strength. Each portrait is a meditation on presence: how a gaze can speak volumes, how softness and power can coexist. I’m drawn to capturing Black women in particular, celebrating their individuality and honoring their radiance. Whether caught in a moment of vulnerability or self-assurance, every brushstroke is an attempt to preserve something real and deeply human. These works are not just about how they look, but about who they are—and the stories they carry within.
